Our vision is of communities in which conflict is handled creatively to bring about positive change

We have taken our fifteen years of mediation experience and used them to develop tailored peer mediation training programmes for both primary and secondary children.

'Peer mediation' describes mediation delivered for children and young people by children and young people. We have developed a version of our community mediation training appropriate to young people growing up in east London. We see this as a positive intervention for the schools we work in and a way to invest in a future of positive conflict resolution in the areas in which we work.

Peer mediation is an excellent way of putting young people in a position of responsibility in order to appropriately resolve conflict and build responsibilityand trust among the student body.

We have delivered our peer mediation training at, amongst others, Summer University, Darul Hadis Latifah School, Ebrahim College, Mulberry School for Girls and Ben Johnson Primary School.

In addition to our peer mediation programme, we can deliver tailored versions of our broad range of communication and conflict resolution trainings - as well as training created specifically for your school or youthgroup.

We will always work with you to discuss specific issues that you may have been having in order to make the training relevent to your context. To discuss or book a session or course, please get in touch.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for the peaceful resolution of conflict in east London and the development of projects, skills and connections that will bring this about
