We are currently exploring ways to build upon our reactive work, responding to conflict as it happens, by undertaking work to prevent destructive conflict and build positive responses to conflict. Here are some of the things we are developing:

Community Conversations

Community Conversations are a way to get different sections of the community sharing experiences and ideas in order to break down stereotypes and generate ideas for community action. This model was developed by our friends, Conflict and Change in Newham and we are currently working to adapt their model for our part of east London.
